Experience an unforgettable day on the water with our Kingfish Charter, where your Captain Ricky Scott, will guide you to master live baiting and top water fishing techniques. We head straight to the regions premier big-fish territory —Mayor Island and the surrounding offshore pinnacles targeting the hard-fighting yellowtail Kingfish.
This trip is dialed in to give you the ultimate shot at setting a new personal best.
TRIP DURATION
Trips are 10-12 hours depending on fishing and weather conditions. Departure is from Whangamatā.
WHAT WE CATCH
With Kingfish ranging from 15kg to 35kg being common we have a one fish per angler limit the rest go back to fight another day to conserve stocks.
