DEPARTURE TIMES
Ricky Scott will be your skipper for the day and he is a master at topwater fishing both with stick baits and live bait fishing.
Departing from either Whangamata or Tapu point depending on the time of the year Kingfish can be found in good numbers through out the Coromandel Peninsula (Dec to March) and Mayor Island (Sept to Dec) we will confirm departure point at time of booking.
All rods and Tackle including ice to look after your catch is supplied, lunch is also supplied along with water etc,
TRIP DURATION
Trips are 8-10 hours depending on fishing and weather conditions.
WHAT WE CATCH
With Kingfish ranging from 15kg to 35kg been common we have a one fish per angler limit the rest go back to fight another day to conserve stocks for another day.
